DRAFT POLICY
Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to a welcoming website and venue for every guest.
Draft version • November 2026
1. Our commitment
We want every guest to be able to book, pay and play. We work to make this website and the venue usable by people with a wide range of abilities.
2. Website accessibility
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We test with a keyboard, check color contrast and form labels, and fix issues we find. Parts of checkout are shown by our payment provider inside a secure frame; we ask them to keep it accessible, and you can always pay by phone or at the venue.
3. At the venue
[CONFIRM: step-free entry, parking, accessible restrooms, table heights and spacing, wheelchair-friendly tables and seating, noise and lighting levels].
4. Service animals
Service animals are welcome as the law requires. [CONFIRM: policy for emotional-support or other animals, if different].
5. Communication support
Tell us what you need before your visit, such as large print, a quieter time or help with booking, and we will do our best to arrange it. Call (281) 323 4917 or email Service@tdwsmashzone.com.
6. Feedback and help
If something on the site or at the venue is hard to use, contact us with the page or place and what happened. We will reply [CONFIRM: response time, for example within 2 business days] and work on a fix. We will also help you complete your booking another way.
