Responsible Service

Our rules for serving and enjoying alcohol.

Working draft that describes how the site and venue operate today. Items marked CONFIRM need the venue's decision, and the whole page needs counsel's review before launch. It is not legal advice.

1. Legal age

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 or older, as Texas law requires. [CONFIRM: TABC permit type and whether alcohol is sold now or from a launch date].

2. Valid identification

We check a valid, unexpired government photo ID for anyone who looks under 30 [CONFIRM: or check everyone]. No ID, no alcohol.

3. Responsible service

Our team is trained to serve responsibly. We may slow or stop service to any guest who appears intoxicated, and we do not serve anyone to the point of intoxication. Water and food are available.

4. Outside beverages

5. Designated drivers and rides

Plan a safe ride home. We are happy to help you call a ride share or taxi. Please do not drive after drinking.
