Cancelling a booking
You can cancel online from My bookings at least 24 hours before your start time. Cancelling releases your table or room right away.
Refunds
If you cancel inside that window, we refund the full amount you paid online to your original payment method. Our team processes refunds personally and emails you when yours is sent. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.
Closer than 24 hours to your start time, online cancellation is no longer available. Please call us at (281) 323 4917 and we will do our best to help. Refunds for late cancellations and no-shows are at the venue’s discretion.
Guest bookings
If you booked without an account, email service@tdwsmashzone.com with your booking reference and we will cancel it for you.
