Photo & Video Policy

What is fine, what needs permission and how we handle privacy.

Working draft that describes how the site and venue operate today. Items marked CONFIRM need the venue's decision, and the whole page needs counsel's review before launch. It is not legal advice.

1. Personal photography

Guests are welcome to take photos and short videos of their own group for personal use and social media.

2. Commercial production

Professional shoots, commercial filming, drones and tripods need written permission in advance. Email Service@tdwsmashzone.com to ask.

3. Guest privacy

Please do not photograph or record other guests or staff without their agreement, and never in restrooms. Ask us to stop anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

4. Photos taken by the venue

We may photograph or film the venue and events for marketing. [CONFIRM: whether signage and a booking-time notice are used, and how guests can opt out]. If you do not want to appear, tell our team and we will do our best to avoid you.

5. Consent and removal requests

If a photo or video of you or your child that we published should be removed, email Service@tdwsmashzone.com with where you saw it. We will review it promptly and remove it where we reasonably can.
