DRAFT POLICY
House Rules
Simple rules so everyone can play, relax and have a good time.
Draft version • November 2026
1. Respectful play
Be kind to guests and staff. No harassment, discrimination, threats or abusive language. Keep noise and music at a level that lets other tables enjoy their game.
2. Equipment care
Paddles, balls, cues and tables are included with your booking. Use them as intended, do not lean or sit on tables, and tell us if something breaks. [CONFIRM: charges for damage or lost equipment, if any].
3. Children and supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. [CONFIRM: minimum age without an adult, and any rules for the party room].
4. Food and drink
Keep food and drinks away from the playing surfaces and clean up spills so the next guests have a good table. [CONFIRM: whether outside food and drink are allowed]. Alcohol is covered by our Alcohol Policy.
5. Safety and footwear
Wear closed-toe shoes while playing. Keep walkways clear, and stop play if someone could be hurt by a stray ball or paddle. No running or horseplay near the tables.
6. Bookings and time
Play within your booked time and leave the table ready for the next guests. Late arrivals may have a shorter session if the table is booked after you: [CONFIRM: late-arrival rule].
7. Management discretion
Our team may ask a guest to stop or leave to keep everyone safe. See the Terms & Conditions for what this means for your booking.
